About Máté Seres

Máté has joined Arthur Hunt Group in 2014 as Senior Consultant. He conducts assignments for mid- and top management positions for a wide variety of industries within manufacturing. He focuses on searches for positions in HR, Sales, production, finance (controlling & accounting), LEAN, engineering, logistics, quality, purchasing as well as General Management with special regards to automotive & manufacturing companies.

Máté started his career in Executive Search in 2006 at the French office of Amrop in Paris. He came back to Hungary in 2007 and worked for Amrop Hungary for almost 7 years. Having a strong background in research, Máté has a deep knowledge of the Executive Search business. He is Consultant since January 2010. He is fluent Hungarian, English, French and Italian.

About Gábor Aldot

Gábor has joined Arthur Hunt in 2015, between 2018-2020 worked as Country Manager for Executive Search Hungary and since 2021 Managing Partner of the Hungarian operation.

As a Partner his client portfolio covers Shared Service, Healthcare, Consumer and Industrial sectors. Being in Executive Search business for over 20 years and participating in regional best practice projects from his early career at Accord Group and SpenglerFox, Gábor gained considerable experience in understanding business needs and advising appropriate solutions. Conducting assignments for top and mid-management positions he possesses viable knowledge by completing over 300 senior level assignments in Hungary and Central Europe.

Gábor holds BA degree in economics and speaks fluent English and conversational German next to his native Hungarian. As a former professional triathlete, he is still keen to find time for exercise and hence his motto also comes from his favorite endurance sport: for Gabor “Satisfying client needs – just as triathlon – doesn’t build character. It reveals it.
