About Patrick Ference
Patrick combines his broad corporate career experiences of guiding companies through inflection points of change (growth/expansion, turnaround, strategic shift, etc.) with a deep expertise assembling exceptional leadership teams and talent. He founded Adaptive Search Partners to provide executive recruitment and organizational consulting services as an extension of his clients – focused on positive outcomes, best talent, and breaking from the traditional transactional approach most common in the search and consulting industry. Patrick is a sought-after advisor to Board Directors, CEOs, and executives of small/mid-cap industrial and technology companies and ranging from publicly traded to private equity and family ownership structures. He handles all of the major functions including CEO/President, Finance, Operations and Supply Chain, Sales & Marketing, Engineering, and Human Resources. Pat specializes in challenging leadership transition assignments, corporate change/transformation, and building organizational capability to create competitive advantage.
Prior to ASP, Patrick was a Chief HR Officer for two multi-billion dollar NYSE listed companies and chief talent office for another publicly-traded company. He was awarded a Bachelor’s Degree in Safety Sciences from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and also completed a Corporate Executive Program at the Graduate School of Management at Rice University. Patrick is based in Raleigh, NC.

Lori Bydalek brings 20 + years of experience in global human resources leadership with various multinational diversified industrial organizations. Her experience as a global human resources executive/officer included a passion for building talent to a competitive advantage for several high-performing, multinational diversified industrial organizations.
Lori is a dynamic leader experienced in start-ups, turn-arounds, global expansion and major transformation initiatives across multiple global businesses and functions. Her broad background includes Organizational Design & Effectiveness, ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance), Continuous Improvement, Strategy Deployment, Talent Acquisition & Development, Succession Planning, Footprint Optimization, and M & A (due diligence, integration, divestiture).
Prior to Adaptive Search Partners, Lori held Chief HR Officer and progressive global HR leadership roles. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin Parkside.
